Terms of Service

By accessing or using PromptPin (the “Service”) at promptpin.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

PromptPin is operated by Designers Grid, Inc. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Designers Grid, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Your handle (the part after promptpin.ai/) must be 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, or underscores.
• We reserve handles that represent third-party brands, AI products, system routes, and platform terms. If you are the authorized representative of such an entity, contact claim@promptpin.ai to verify and claim the handle.
• Reserving a handle on the waitlist does not create a user account. It holds the handle for you until we open the platform.
• We may suspend or terminate any handle or account that impersonates another person, infringes intellectual property, or violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts, comments, and other material you publish (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant PromptPin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), publish, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license, and that your User Content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, phishing content, or other security-harming material.
• Spam, flood, scrape (beyond reasonable use), or automate the Service in ways that degrade it for others.
• Impersonate a person, brand, or organization in a way that misleads other users.
• Bypass rate limits, security measures, or reserved-handle protections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe these rules are being violated.

The Service helps you deploy prompts to third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies. Their trademarks belong to them, and we reference them under nominative fair use as documented in TRADEMARK_USAGE.md. Removal requests are handled within one business day.

All Service software, design, branding, and content other than User Content is owned by Designers Grid, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially viable for us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designers Grid, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
