Privacy Policy

PromptPin is operated by Designers Grid, Inc. (the “Service”) and is reachable at support@promptpin.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use promptpin.ai and how we use it.

• Account information— your email address, full name, and chosen handle when you reserve a handle or sign in with Google. When you sign in with Google we also receive your basic profile information (name, profile picture) under Google's scopes.
• Content you create — prompts, comments, likes, saves, and any other content you publish on the Service.
• Usage data — IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and events such as which prompts you deploy. We use this to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
• Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies for authentication and a small number of functional cookies to remember preferences such as theme.

• To create, secure, and maintain your account.
• To operate the Service and the features you ask for, including deploying prompts to the AI tools you choose.
• To send transactional email (sign-in links, account notifications, launch announcements you opted into).
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts to train models.

The Service relies on the following third parties. Each receives only what is necessary for its function:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. supabase.com/privacy
• Vercel — hosting and edge networking. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google — when you choose “Continue with Google” for authentication. policies.google.com/privacy
• PostHog — product analytics. We enable this only after legal pages are published. posthog.com/privacy

Our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your data to these regions.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8) and we will remove your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, fraud or abuse investigations).

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest in our database, and standard authentication safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information and your account.
• Export a copy of your information.
• Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the Service.
